Strategic Focus

Although 2008 was over shadowed by negative sentiment resulting from the global financial crises, we have an as organization managed to make encouraging advances in establishing ourselves as a credible and capable supplier. We therefore feel extremely confident, given the sales trend in the last two quarters of 2008, that 2009 would provide even greater prospects for our organization to expand its foot print in the Health Care Sector.

We believe that with the necessary structural support & funding that we should be in a position to realize a 10 fold annual increase in top-line sales over the LRP period (2009 – 2014 Long Range Plan)

We intend to achieve the above by pioneering innovative & meaningful economic empowerment of the previously disadvantaged in the healthcare sector, by facilitating technology transfer, local assembly and manufacturing of products for which we hold exclusivity for. We intend achieving this, whilst maintaining targeted & effective sales and marketing as the life blood to our operation.

We also aim to reinforce our structural plan in the area of technical sales /marketing, regulatory, legal, contract & finance management to augment these growth aspirations. Further to this, we also aim to establish ourselves as a supply hub for the region and thereby enabling us to expand exports operations into the SADEC region with key focus on (Botswana, Rwanda, Namibia & Angola (Exports projected at 25% of total sales in 2009) This would include setting up a micro warehouse to attain a strategic advantage on fast moving items by improving order delivery lead-time for the local and regional markets.
